Karl is a very passionate hunter on land and in the water. From a young age he has enjoyed introducing and sharing this experience with others, whether it be hunting a Trophy bull Tahr or Spearfishing a Snapper.
Karl has worked as a professional hunting guide since 2014 in the South Island high country.
Karl believes it’s hard to beat the feeling when you help someone achieve a hunting goal or take a certain bucket list animal. It’s this desire that stemmed off his already huge passion for hunting Tahr, Chamois and Red stag. This drives Karl to want to continue to assist people in achieving their goals through a true wilderness New Zealand hunting experience. Karl has broadened his hunting horizons and now heads over annually to BC Canada to guide.
Sandy Heard

Sandy grew up on a hill country farm in the South Island of New Zealand, it was here he developed his passion and appreciation for the wilderness.
With years of experience guiding hunters through some of the most beautiful and remote areas in the country, Sandy is dedicated to sharing that experience with others.
Sandy also spends the New Zealand off season guiding in Northern British Columbia for Stone Sheep, Mountain Goats and Moose.
